Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Many of our items are offered as pre-orders, which means the item is not in stock at the time of purchase but is reserved specifically for you.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is merchandise that is purchased in advance and will ship once it arrives at our warehouse from the manufacturer.
Estimated arrival dates are provided on each product page. Please note these dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays outside of our control.
Processing and Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the order date unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Once your item arrives, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:
Your entire order will ship together once all items are available.
If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our suppliers to provide accurate timelines, delays can occur due to manufacturing, customs, or carrier issues.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these factors are beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We ship anywhere in the United States! Our standard shipping is a $6 flat rate fee! This fee will be attached to every invoice/order. We will offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $75 or more on our WEBSITE ONLY! If you would like to take advantage of free shipping still, you must order and shop directly via our website. You will receive an email including tracking information once your items have shipped.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped-not when it is placed.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup-and there's no shipping charge when you choose this option. At checkout, just select Local Pickup and we'll message you when your order is ready. Your order will be placed in the black box outside of Amanda's house in a mailer with your name on it. Please note that you are on camera! We have a security system that watches the front door and thefts will be reported.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because pre-order items are reserved specifically for you, all pre-order sales are final once placed.
We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after submission.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
