Refund policy
Returns need to be made within 14 days. Please check your order's tracking information to see when you received your items before mailing back to ensure you will have it back to us before 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must also be free of smells (smoke, pets, perfumes, etc.) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the items back. There are no returns on any SALE items, jewelry, or custom orders.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 513 Stephens Avenue, Ortonville, MN 56278. There are return slips placed in every order. Please complete the slip in full and mail the package back to us with the return slip inside. If you did not receive a return slip in your order you can click and print it here
We reserve the right to reject any returned items if they are not in their original condition or if they are received after the return timeframe.
All returns will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY upon receiving and contact us at sidebysideboutiquellc@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, within 48 hours of receiving. Please include a picture of the damage when emailing us. The same return policy applies as above.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. There are also no returns on jewelry or custom orders.
Exchanges:
We do offer exchanges; however, our inventory is constantly changing. If you would like to exchange something, please let us know and we can see if we have the item available in your size. If it is available, you can buy and pay for the item upfront to guarantee you get one or wait until we have received your item back and be invoiced at that time if the item is still available. Please note that we will not hold any items for any exchange.
Cancellations:
You may cancel any order before it ships out. Please note that all cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee and it will be handled just like a return. Please review our return policy for more information.
